Overall our experience with Trailhead was great. We found a house we loved and they were able to quickly get us a pre-approval to go under contract. As we worked through the loan approval process Brandon and Corey were always available for the myriad of questions that we had. Not only were they available but they took the time to ensure we understood the mechanisms at work and how they would effect our approval process. Their communication with the rest of our real estate team was also top notch allowing us more time to complete our cross country move while closing on our new home in 30 days. We were able to get a rate that exceeded our expectations and even beat many of the spam/junk mail advertisers without paying for points. Trailhead's access to a multitude of lenders played in our favor and made our home more affordable. I highly recommend this team and plan to be a return customer if the need arises.
Perfect experience from start to finish. Timely communication throughout the process made a refi and a VA loan possible in record time. From our home agent, title company and ourselves, using Brandon to take care of us was our first choice and would be our next.

Worked with Brandon on a quick-turn home loan. He beat retail offers, even when they offered 1% back in closing costs. Brandon communicated pros/cons and expectations at every step to make informed and timely decisions. He also responded to all inquiries same-day. Corey has been the best part of our home buying and refinancing experiences. Trailhead Mortgage was the strongest player on our team through our home buying process. They ensured we were ready with a preapproval letter with just a couple days’ notice before we went house hunting. They were prompt and responsive after we made an offer. We ran into some issues during our appraisal for our VA loan where tidewater was invoked, but Brandon and Kelsey expertly led us through the whole obstacle. They were knowledgeable and diligent in communicating with all parties. Their hard work kept our loan on time for closing.
